UNICUS (formerly Fangzai Brick Studio) is affiliated with Shenzhen Qianzhi Technology Co., Ltd. The brand name is derived from a Latin root, corresponding to the English word “Unique”, meaning “unique”.

Founded in 2020, the company relies on its self-developed AI brick generation model and self-built flexible production factory to significantly enhance the design and delivery efficiency of personalized brick products. It transforms the traditional “high-cost, labor-intensive” private customization into a more scalable and accessible mass consumer experience, and pioneers and promotes the rapid development of the “custom brick” sub-category in the domestic market. UNICUS products rank among the top three sellers on mainstream e-commerce and content platforms.

Currently, the brand boasts over 1.35 million global users, a self-built factory spanning over 5,500 and automated production lines, and has secured more than 50 domestic and international patents. UNICUS is actively introducing more diverse manufacturing processes, more immersive interactions, and more engaging IP images, presenting users with richer and more vivid characters and scenes, and continuously advancing the concept of “AI-driven customization for everything”.

UNICUS's founding team consists of scientists and engineers in computer science and robotics, along with artists and product designers with mature creative systems. Core members come from Tsinghua University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Chinese University of Hong Kong, and other institutions, while also bringing together seasoned professionals from the luxury, beauty, internet, and trend entertainment industries, combining cutting-edge technical capabilities with consumer product aesthetics and commercial experience.

Focusing on generative design and flexible manufacturing, we have published dozens of papers in top international academic conferences and journals, covering key directions such as physical simulation, integer optimization, autoregressive networks and diffusion models, and robot path planning. We have accumulated over fifty patent achievements domestically and internationally, providing a solid technical and engineering foundation for scalable product implementation.
