Lead the overall planning and iterative development of our AI customization products. You will define the product roadmap, coordinate the implementation of features like multimodal input and generation effect optimization, and oversee the entire user experience from material upload to final product. Working closely with the algorithm team, you will leverage user data and feedback to drive model improvements and boost conversion and retention.

Drive the R&D, training, and optimization of our core AI generation models. You will lead the design and iteration of our large-scale models for generating block figures and dolls, focusing on improving the accuracy of user input interpretation, the fidelity of generated results, and the overall aesthetic appeal. You will also optimize model performance and efficiency, while staying at the forefront of advancements in diffusion models, 3D generation, and multimodal large models to implement cutting-edge technology in our products.
