The stiffness in expression and lack of resemblance are common flaws in most custom-made figurines. UNICUS's innovation begins with the “face” - not with minor adjustments, but with a complete redesign. We meticulously design and mold individualized chubby faces and round faces, laying a perfect foundation for presenting charm. When the light falls, it naturally flows along the contours of the face. And your expression should be just as vivid.
Behind the figurine lies a professional design team proficient in art and 3D modeling. Instead of merely copying photos, they first interpret the emotions conveyed in the photos, and then, stroke by stroke, reconstruct your makeup and expression. We will present to you details that even you may have overlooked – the texture of your tie, the contrasting colors of your clothes, the direction of your bangs, and even the round-framed glasses you wear daily. By piecing together these tiny details, we aim to recreate the authentic you.
Ordinary customization often simplifies clothing: patterns disappear, details are cut, and the final product resembles a monotonous uniform. Through algorithm development, we have achieved one-time printing of multiple building block parts, ensuring that the surface texture remains continuous and seamlessly aligned, resembling a whole piece of real fabric. Before printing, we also recalibrate the colors based on the base color of the building blocks, making the colors more vibrant and durable.
The portrait printing resolution of photo accessories is as high as 3,184 × 3,200, which means approximately 25 pixels per millimeter. This is the difference between standard printing and professional-grade high-resolution output.
After completing all designs, the effect images will be sent via SMS, and free modification opportunities will be provided, ensuring risk-free customization and what you see is what you get.
Great looks, easy build. UNICUS 3D interactive instructions make assembly as simple as navigation. The blocks appear step by step in optimal order and view, with the current parts automatically highlighted for clear visibility. To address color differences across screens, we tested colors on over 30 mainstream mobile devices. Ensuring the instructions look natural and clear on any device.
Through physical simulation and structural analysis, we optimized the structure of the figurine, reducing the number of bricks by 15–20%, increasing the assembly speed by 30–40%, and achieving a more stable connection, thus reducing the frustration of assembly and earning many users' praise: “I didn't want to stop for the first time I assembled it!”
ABS granules are sourced from LG in South Korea, boasting higher injection molding precision and a fine and smooth surface. It's not scratchy or strenuous, making it easy even for beginners to assemble.
The biggest concern for building blocks is missing parts. Therefore, before shipment, each set of products undergoes cavity inspection and visual quality inspection to control the missing part rate below 0.01%. You can assemble to the end with confidence.
